Mr. Shuck earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming College of Business and has experience managing multiple business entities. He has formed numerous business entities for clients, including:

The firm drafts the initial documents necessary to set up corporations and LLCs, drafts By-laws, Operating Agreements, and Minutes of Organizational Meetings, and assists clients in making the initial decisions necessary to start a business. When requested, the firm will submit forms to the IRS to obtain tax identification numbers and elect S-corporation status. The firm does not give tax advice, but will work with a client’s accountant or bookkeeper throughout the business formation process and beyond.
